couple of questions (condensation and shower sump) was created by George Fogel
I am having a problem with condensation in my refridigerator. When left sitting for a week or so I will have about 1/2 to 1 inch of water sloshing around. Anybody else have this problem? how to address. The other question is whether you use a sump in the shower (s) or allow the water to drain to the bildge? It seems that shower to the bildge sets up all sorts of problems... One last question, any reccomendations to avoid foul smelling fresh water (after sitting up)
Thanks in advance!

We have a sump for the shower in the forward head. We have to clean hair out of the sump filter occasionally - I wouldn't want all that hair in the bilge.
That's a lot of water in the fridge! If it is condensation, maybe check the seals on the lid and any other cracks or holes where warm/humid air may be getting in?
