Pilgrim is a Whitby 42 centre cockpit double head sail ketch built in 1983. She is a comfortable, safe, classic home on the water for Blue Water or Coastal Cruising. We are the second owners. COMFORT: Six foot headroom. The aft cabin with ensuite head and second full head in mail salon with entrance off V-berth make this great for a family of 4 or for guests. Full cockpit canvass enclosure creates a sunroom in inclement or cold weather. SAFE: All control lines are lead to the cockpit, including single line reefing for the main sail. Life raft is included. CLASSIC: Teak & Holly floors throughout with oiled interior teak finishes and no headliner. Exterior teak (cap rails, rub rails, grab rails and cockpit floor grating) are Cetoled. Fuel capacity of 210 US gallons and water capacity of 170 US gallons plus a desailenator enable long-range blue water cruising. Marine Single Sideband radio is also included. Other features of this boat include S/S tempered glass opening portholes with bug screens, wind generator, all standing rigging has been replaced, new RIB dinghy with 9.8 HP outboard.
