BREWER 12.8 WINDBOURNE FOR SALE $79000.00 was created by LEE OLDAK
1983 Brewer 12.8 for sale. Price reduced to $79000
Local access channel is too shallow! Can only get out at full moon high tide!!!
Cutter rig, centerboard version. New awlgrip paint job and new bottom paint Feb 2018. New survey as of Feb 2018
New Dodger & Bimini April 2018
All new thru hulls in 2016. Engine is a Ford Lehman 90 hp diesel. North sails in very good condition. Spinnaker used 2x
Main winches are 2 electric lewmar. Electric windlass as well.
Originally owned by Harold Oldak one of the original group that helped design the brewer 12.8
Harold sailed this boat till he was 98. Now owned by his son Lee Oldak and located near Key West Fl.

I’m one of the administrators of the Whitby Brewer Sailboat Association. I’m attempting to clean up the old boat listings on our forum. Is Windbourne still for sale? If so, can you post an update on the forum?
