Each and every boat may have different dimensions for all the sails in the suit. The manufacturers used a number of different mast and boom suppliers so any one dimension may not prove to fit your specifc rig (an expensive mistake).

If you have your used sail take the measurements from it (ensure you tension both the luff and foot) or take it to your sail-maker. If not take the foot and luff measurements from the boom and mast. Use a steel tape hoisted by the halyard for the luff and connected to the outhaul on the boom for the foot. Take these to your sailmaker and they will ensure the sail will fit your specific set-up. Also they can set up any reef points you may want and fit the luff to the style of attachment set up on your mast, ie. slugs, bolt rope or bat-cars if you are lucky enought to have that setup.

Hope this helps.
