TOPIC: Selden mast
#517
Selden mast 1 Year, 6 Months ago
My mast appears to be a Selden, rather than an Isoat. Does anyone know if Selden masts were used in the later B44s? The cross section dimensions are close to the Isomat NG 80. All fittings ( e.g. spreader bases, mast cap) are bolted on. Thanks , Frank

Hi Frank

I am afraid that I don't have an answer to your question, but I do have another question. Can you confirm the dimensions of your Selden mast. Is it 8 3/8 by 5 7/8? I may be re-rigging in the near future and have a lead on a mast of the above dimensions.

Can you also confirm the height of your mast, preferably from the keel step?

I presume your boat is a B44?

Thank you

Gerry

THE MAST DIMENSIONS ARE 9 3/8 X 6 1/8 and yes, the boat is a B44. Thank you for your response.
